Multi-turn Electric Actuated Uni-directional Stainless Steel Knife Gate Valve

A powerful and robust electric actuated uni-directional knife gate valve with stainless steel body, for On/Off duty.

Suitable for a multitude of applications inlcuding fluids and slurries, offering trouble free operation for water treatment, cement industry, bulk handling and food industries.

The multi turn electric actuator is powered 1-phase (230V), having M20 x 1.5 (S02) and M25 x 1.5 (M03) electric connections. Suitable for S4 duty at 25% of the time and up to 10 cycles per hour. Torque limiters, anti-condensation heaters and 4 switches are included. A manual handwheel safety override and painted protection side covers are fitted.

Suitable for temperatures of -25°C to +55°C room temperature.

This wafer pattern knife gate valve fits between PN10 flanges and rated up to 10 bar DN50-DN200, 8 bar DN250, 6 bar DN300.

Various options for seat material including Metal, NBR or EPDM are offered on this well proven unit.

Faster closing times, bi-direction versions and local control are available on request.
