BV10 Unibody High Pressure Ball Valve
Keckley Style BV10 AISI 1017 Barstock Unibody ball valves offer economical high pressure performance, and are NACE MR0175 compliant. They are machined to exacting specifications. Unibody construction eliminates the possibility of the tailpiece unthreading, leaking or “blowing out” in service. All valves are shell and seat tested in accordance with API 598.
BV12 Unibody Threaded Ball Valve 2000 PSIG
BV12 Unibody Threaded Ball Valves are ASME B16.34 and API 608 compliant, and include standard ISO 5211 actuator mounting. "Submerged " packing design allows ease of packing adjustment after actuators are installed. These valves are also API 607 Fire Safe and NACE MR0175 compliant.
BVS2 Seal Welded Ball Valve 2160 WOG
The Keckley Style BVS2 BVS3 BVS6 seal welded high pressure stainless steel ball valves and carbon steel ball valves are constructed from investment cast ASTM grade materials that are NACE MR0175 compliant. They are machined to exacting specifications. Full seal welding of body to tailpiece eliminates the possibility of the tailpiece unthreading, leaking or "blowing out" in service. All valves are shell and seat tested in accordance with API 598.
BVSC Class 900 Seal Welded Ball Valve 2160 WOG
BVSC Class 900 Seal welded stainless steel ball valves and carbon steel ball valves are ASME B16.34 and API 608 compliant which provides full conformance to ASME B31 Piping Codes. These valves are Full Bore and API 607 Fire Safe and NACE MR0175 compliant. BVSC Size range includes 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" ball valves.
BVS3 Class 1500 Seal Welded Ball Valve 3600 WOG
BVS3 Class 1500 Seal welded stainless steel ball valves and carbon steel ball valves are offered in both Full and Reduced Bore sizes. They are ASME B16.34 and API 608 compliant which provides full conformance to ASME B31 Piping Codes. These valves are also API 607 Fire Safe and NACE MR0175 compliant. The Keckley Style BVF3 3-Way full flanged end ball valves employ investment or shell cast bodies & tailpieces, all produced from ASTM grade materials that are properly heat treated and chemically finished. All wall thicknesses comply with ASME B16.34 as do bolting stress levels.
